The course offers recreational sports trainer education, at the same time preparing students for teaching applied Yoga. As such, it is one of the rare trainings that qualify students to practice as sports and Yoga trainers simultaneously in sports-, wellness-, and fitness facilities, or in private praxis alternatively.
The training's focus on mediating relevant English terminology to the students concludes in an internationally acknowledged bilingual certification that qualifies them to practice abroad.
The recreational and Yoga-trainer curriculum imparts practical, easy-to-use knowlegde adapting specifically to the needs of today's people: traditional Indian Yoga is being combined with the methodology of modern movement therapies.
The course qualifies for the following positions: Fitness Instructor, Recreational Sports Trainer, Wellness Yoga Trainer, Spinal Yoga Instructor, Women's Yoga Instructor (for female students)
