This course has been primarily designed for those aerobics and personal trainers eager for the possibilities of professional progress and interested in incorporating such intensive abdominal, back and gluteal muscle-orineted exercises in their trainings which counterbalance the effects of the 'sitting' lifestyle of modern civilisation.
The course covers: anatomy of the spine - biomechanics of the spine - function of agonist and antagonist muscles - theory and practice in the formation of the correct posture - training of abdominal-, back- and gluteal muscles with respect to the principles of correct postures - the trainer's view of spinal malfunctions.
